DESCRIPTION
KABU Clear Coat is an elastic, transparent acrylic UV TPR that provides resistance to weathering, foot traffic and offers UV and weathering properties. Typical applications include a clear acrylic UV TPR for china mosaic tiles and glass mosaic tiles.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPERATION
Ensure that the surface to be painted is free from rust, grease, oil & loose material before application of Glossy Lamination Coat.
APPLICATION
After proper surface preparation or cleaning, apply First coat of Tr. UV coating by brush or roller depending in 30 to 40 micron thickness on the surface of application without any dilution. Allow drying for 5 to 6 hours and then apply 2nd coat in perpendicular direction of First coat and leave it for 24 hrs to hard dry.
COVERAGE
The coverage depends on the type of the surface. First coat smooth surface 50- 60 sqft & Second coat smooth surface 55-65 sqft.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container. Store away from sunlight and preferably below 30oC. Storage should be frost protected. High humid climate can reduce its shelf life.
CLEANING
Tools: Clean all the tools immediately with water. Use of thinner may be necessary for dried up material.
Hands: Use a hand cleaner or water followed by soap.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As with all chemicals, caution should always be exercised. Protective clothing such as gloves and goggles should be worn.
