What is the criteria for being a distributor ?

Any business owner who is a existing distributor of any product related to building material supplies can for retail or project distribution can become our exclusive distributor for a territory in respective zone. Other minimum requirement for being a distributor are 1. Having a GST registered company. 2. Having minimum of 300 sqft warehouse space (owned / rented) in the name of the company in which you are planning to take distributorship.

What is the benefit of being distributor ?

Being a distributor, you are eligible for various benefits in terms of commercial and non commercial. KABU works on innovative product concept with very less number of SKU’s of products but their respective usage are versatile. So you get a chance to do business with more volume with less SKU’s. Company also supports in terms of training to dealers / contractors / etc. on regular basis and other benefits includes various schemes for consumers to boost your sales. Company also supports you in lead generation and advertising in your territory along with merchandise distribution. KABU also offers a simple channel hierarchy i.e. every distributor is appointed for complete business in respective territory which is for project or retail distribution.

What is the investment for being a distributor ?

We shall not be able to consolidate with exact revenue required for investment being a distributor as it depends on area and region for which you are interested to become a distributor.

What is the duration of distributorship agreement ?

General duration of distributorship agreement is for the period of 3 years after which it is renewable with mutual consent.

Can the distributorship be transferred to other person/ company ?

Distributorship can be transferred to other company / person only in case if the person/ company complies with all above requirements for being a distributor. Once you decide to transfer the distributorship to person/ company, you need to pay transfer fees to KABU WORLD as per the terms laid by the company and further to that there will be change of agreement processed in the new name.

Can i cancel the distributorship ?

You are allowed to cancel the distributorship by following all the terms mentioned in the distributorship agreement signed with the company.
